We ask only for information that helps us create an equitable and well-supported learning experience.

If you support our crowdfunding campaign

Our crowdfunding is managed through Donorbox. Depending on your donation, personal information such as your name, email address, donation amount, and payment details may be processed by Donorbox and its payment providers (such as Stripe).

We do not receive or store your payment card details.

If you subscribe to our newsletter

If you choose to receive updates, we collect your email address and manage your subscription through Brevo.

3. Why do we collect your information?

We process personal data to:

  • Organise and facilitate Radical Reimaginations of the Futures Cohorts and events
  • Review applications and curate balanced participant groups
  • Communicate with applicants, participants, donors, and subscribers
  • Process donations
  • Meet legal and financial obligations
  • Improve the accessibility and organisation of our programmes

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Our website aims to use as few cookies as possible.

  • Unsuccessful Cohort applications: up to 12 months
  • Successful participant information: for the duration of participation, or until deletion is requested where legally possible
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe
  • Donation records: as required under Dutch accounting and legal obligations

8. Sharing participant work

One of the aims of Radical Reimaginations of the Futures is to share ideas, manifestations, and collective learning.

However, we will only publish or share participants' names, photographs, videos, quotes, artworks, or other creative outputs after obtaining their explicit consent.

Participation in a Cohort does not automatically imply consent for publication.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data
